Delete your account & data
Applies to the Apto app · one.claudex.apto
You can permanently delete your Apto account and everything associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Apto and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email support@apto.claudex.one from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify your request and delete your data, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and removes all of the following, with no recovery:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All job applications and their notes
- All interview events and reminders
- All uploaded documents (CVs, cover letters, and any other files)
- All recruiter and contact records
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data is gone for good and cannot be restored.
What is retained
We keep nothing personal about you after deletion. Note that third-party services such as Google AdMob may retain limited advertising or diagnostic data under their own policies; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings under Google → Ads.
